How to make a Fake lightsaber look real on Jasc Paint Shop Pro...

All you have to do is follow these two very simple steps...1- go to the picture tube setting and choose either "Neon Green" or "Neon Pink"...go over the blade of the lightsaber with the picture tube setting...2-then very simply use the fill tool and fill in the middle with pure white...and there you have it!!
